Product description
This praline paste dessert sauce from Valrhona is made from richly flavoured Italian hazelnuts and Spanish almonds. They are roasted, ground and caramelised to form a fine, homogenous praline paste. The products is ideal for use in chocolate making, dessert and baking such as truffles, flavouring chocolate, choux pastry or Paris Brest, a circular choux bun topped with slivered almonds and filled with praline cream. You can also mix this praline paste with some melted milk chocolate and feuilletine to make a fabulously crunchy base for layered cakes.
Ingredients
Sugar, hazelnuts from Italy 25%, almonds from Spain 25%, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract. This product may also contain traces of milk and egg proteins, gluten and peanut.
