Product description
Professional quality sugar modelling paste with excellent modelling properties. The paste hardens without drying out allowing for adjustments. It is ideal for modelled figures and sugar flowers and can be coloured. Please note the paste is quite hard to begin with and requires kneading before use. Ingredients: Sugar, Potato starch, Glucose Syrup, Cocoa butter, Maize Starch, Thickening agent: Carboximethyl cellulose; Flavour, Preservative agent: Potassium sorbate. Plus Colours. Made without hydrogenated fats. Gluten free. May contain milk, nuts, egg and soy
Directions
Handle the product until it becomes flexible and shapable. Model and let stand until the decoration hardens. Apply to the cake.
