Product Description

Orgran All Purpose Rice Breadcrumbs is a quality product ideal for use in all crumbing applications of meats, fish or vegetables. It is also versatile in sausages, added to sausage meats or as a stuffing base to which you may add your own herbs. Also ideal as a thickener in soups and casseroles. It’s free from dairy, egg, gluten, GMO, kosher, no added MSG, nut free, soy free, tummy friendly, vegan, wheat free and yeast free.

Brown Rice Flour (100%).

Directions

1. Season calamari rings with crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 2. Coat first in ORGRAN flour. 3. Dip in egg and milk mixture, alternatively, prepare milk with ORGRAN No Egg? Egg Replacer as per packet instructions. 4. Coat well with ORGRAN crumbs. (To double crumb for extra crispiness repeat steps 3 and 4 now) 5. Allow to set for 15 minutes, preferably in refrigerator. 6. Heat oil in deep pan 175?C – 195?C (350?F – 385?F) and quickly deep fry for about 1 minute until lightly browned (calamari becomes tough if overcooked). 7. Lift from oil and drain on paper.
