Marcato multipast is the perfect kit for preparing six different types of fresh pasta at home with just one machine. Thanks to the interchangeable accessories included, the Atlas 150 pasta machine can be customised to make: lasagne (with a maximum width of 150 mm), fettuccine (6 mm), tagliolini (1., 5 mm), spaghetti (2 mm), raviolini (30 mm) and reginette (12 mm).
The structure of the machine and accessories is made of solid chrome-plated steel. The rollers of the Atlas 150 and of the spaghetti accessory are made of food-grade anodized aluminium alloy and the combs are made of polymer resin, to ensure the absence of harmful metal powders in the dough. the reginette accessory is made with steel and food-grade resin rollers, while the ravioli accessory features food-grade resin rollers and ABS structure. the Atlas 150 pasta sheet Thickness adjustment knob features 10 different positions. The handle is easy to grip and the clamp, easy to fit, ensures perfect stability of the machine on any surface. To facilitate use, it can be equipped with the practical optional motor through the patented quick coupling.the multipast cleaning procedures are facilitated by the presence of removable combs: you can easily remove the pasta residues with a simple brush. The machine cannot be washed by hand or in the dishwasher.
