Take 2 tablets daily, in the morning and evening with water after food, for an optimum experience. Directions

If you are experiencing thinning hair, take 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 6 months or until the desired results have been achieved (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, taken with water after food).
