Yuzu Kosho – Spicy Japanese sauce made from green or yellow yuzu zest, green or red chili peppers, and salt. Yuzukosho literally means “yuzu and pepper”) It is usually used as a condiment for anemone dishes, miso soup, and sashimi. The most famous types of yuzukosho come from Kyushu island, where it is a local specialty.
