Ingredients

Rice (38%), Black gram Dal, Maida, Rice flakes, Edible vegetable fat, Salt, Raising Agent (INS500ii), Acidity Regulator (INS 296), Fenugreek.

Directions

Add 1 cup of mix to 1 cup water and half cup sour curd to form batter. Set aside for 5 minutes. Spread sufficient batter on hot tava of medium flame. Add 1 tbsp oil to the sides. Roast till golden brown. Serve hot.
