Moroccan Beldi Lemons, freshly picked at our local Moroccan farm undergo a 3 month salting process that reduces the bitterness. The salt is then washed off and the lemons made in to an easy to use paste. Add a spoon to any dish to make a unique lemony flavour that cannot be replicated with a normal lemon.
