Dried skimmed milk with vegetable fat. Powered milk is mainly used for baking purposes to make sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whipped toppings, and instant porridge oats. Recommended Usage Rate for tea and coffee: 1 Gallon: 16oz, 1 Pint: 2 oz and 1 Litre: 100g. Recommended Usage Rate for drinking and cooking: 1 Gallon: 20oz, 1 Pint: 2.5 oz and 1 Litre: 125g. – Using only clean utensils, whisk powder into half the recommended amount of water (warm for best results).
