NOTE: DO NOT POUR BOILING WATER DIRECTLY INTO THE DISPENSER.
Wash before first use. We advise hand washing the storage jar and silicone washers with warm soapy water.
Avoid the use of metallic or abrasive sponges and allow to air dry naturally. Not suitable for dishwasher.
Tighten the screw for the tap inside the storage jar before first use.
IMPORTANT: The tap must be tight enough to prevent leakage during use.
1. Before tightening make sure that both silicone washers are in place. There should be one silicone washer on either side of the glass.
2. Place one hand inside the storage jar whilst holding the tap with your other hand. Screw the inner bolts (hand tight). Do not over tighten as this may damage the glass or screw thread.
3. We recommend that after use, you hand wash the glass storage jar and tap separately.
4. After cleaning, replace the tap and silicone washers and tighten as per the diagram.
