FSC Organic flaxseed oil provides a rich source of alpha linolenic acid (ALA), linoleic acid, oleic acid, Palmitic Acid and steric acid which is essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids are nutrients which cannot be made by the body and must be obtained from the diet. Ala contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. FSC Organic flaxseed oil is certified and approved by the Soil Association. Available in 500 ml.

Ingredients

ORGANIC FLAXSEED OIL * (LINUM USITATISSIMUM). *COLD PRESSED OIL FROM ORGANICALLY GROWN SEED.

Directions

Take one 5ml teaspoon twice a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Safety Warning

Once opened this product should ideally be kept refrigerated and used within 4-6 weeks. It can be frozen to prolong the life of the oil.
