Otinova ear spray is a scientifically and clinically documented medical device that treats ear canal inflammation / otitis externa. Otinova is produced in accordance with the monograph ?Aluminum Acetate Ear drops / Burow?s solution? in the British Pharmacopoeia. Otinova ear spray is registered by the Medical Products Agency for treatment of external otitis. Otinova is classified as a medical device, class I, according to rule 5 in Annex IX of the MDD 93/42/EEC.

Safety Warning

Otinova should not be used if the eardrum has been fitted with a drainage tube or if the eardrum is suspected to be perforated. Otinova should not be used by children younger than 5 years of age, unless recommended by a doctor. Contact a doctor if there is marked discomfort, tenderness in and around the ear and hearing is impaired. If there is marked discomfort, avoid contact with water and do not poke inside the ear. Also avoid soap and shampoo. Avoid contact with the eyes. Avoid inhaling the spray. Store out of the reach of children
