Mo?t Imp?rial is the House?s iconic champagne. Created in 1869, it embodies Mo?t & Chandon?s unique style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity.
This blend comprises 30-40% pinot noir, 30-40% meunier and 20-30% chardonnay grapes ? harvested from the most extensive estate in the region ? providing the champagne with body, suppleness and finesse. More than 100 wines are used in the blend to enhance maturity and complexity while maintaining the distinguished Mo?t & Chandon style.
Mo?t Imp?rial can be served throughout the meal, from aperitif to dessert. It pairs perfectly with sushi, scallops, oysters, white fish, white meats or white fruits.

Maturation in the cellars: 24 months

Directions

First chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours, then fill a Champagne flute 1/3rd full and enjoy.
